    Just an update for reference as this site is very high on google ranking, so it might help someone else.

    BMC Internal Brake Routing
    Remove the front fork and feed an old brake cable through the rear exit of the TT. Stick a finger through the hole where the TT meets the HT and use a pinky to guide the cable into the entry hole. Now you can slip the liner over it (below), then remove old cable, pass new cable through and remove liner (don't throw it away!)

    Maplins had nothing, so I took a visit to B&Q and found some Heat Shrink Sleeving which was about £3.50. Fortunately I had a small section of original liner, so I slipped a piece of 1.5/2mm sleeving on either end of it. Job done. There's no reason why you can't use a whole piece of this sleeving as the liner - It's just the right sort of material, bendy, yet tough.
