Hi Hugo, truth is I can't remember exactly! I think TT is shorter than seat, so apprx 54.5 tt and 55 seat. I'm 5'10'' IL 32'' and its a good fit. The rear spacing is good for 9/10speed. Age apprx 2000? I previous owner, who I met. I built it up and rode it briefly and loved it. You will not be disappointed. Yes, I would sell for £300.
