Would Irish tape do?
You guys ride so fast (apparently) that no-one would spot the difference between red and orange... -

Failing that create your own with leccy tape!
From the Park Tool site
Add some thin tape for color contrast. Make "pin striping" by cutting a roll of tape with a sharp knife or razor blade.
Lay the roll of tape on a flat surface. Firmly press the blade into the roll, and rotate the roll. Use care whenever using a sharp edge.
Peel the tape up and apply to the finish tape.
I remember seeing that. Proper attention to detail there. Great site.

But aren't the gloves taking it a bit far. Only messing around with some electrical tape ffs!

I think the gloves are just to present the idea that they are super-efficient, clean and meticulous. I only wear latex gloves when I'm doing the really messy jobs, and even then they disintegrate instantly because they came in a box of 100 from a pound shop in Hackney.

dummy is being kind, slightly misunderstood that!
Yes, I use electrical tape for the end of the tape too.
