I really don't mind if people use MY photographs. That is, IMAGES that I have captured with MY camera and took the time to post on MY webpage.

A quick nod to acknowledge the source is all that is required. Failure to do so is just rude.

For the record, the 55cm Belleville I shot weighed in at 40 lbs.
