I cycled out of basingstoke up the road to bramley to where my ladyfriend had been waiting for a good two hours already in solid gridlock. I then kept her company for a further two hours until we finally re-entered the 'stoke and could park and go inside for hot cocoa and board games.
note: many people do not know how to drive in snowy conditions; floor-it ≠ the solution.
