I am 1.85m. For me it fitted great, but I ride away on pretty much everything. If you really think you would need something like 64cm, that would imply you have quite long legs for your lenght. It also surprises me me with eye on that your regular roadbike is only a 58. Koga did not do a 64 RecrodPro btw. Tallest was 60.
Also take into account that on that Koga brochure pic the seat was possibly located on the low side. Photographers are probably more concerned with taking pictures than setting a seat at the right height for a rider.
