Cheers andy but found those threads but they talk alot about track riding and rides. For me its a general increase in muscles mass all over my body as I'd like to be fit enough to actually ride my fixie around london without running out of energy within 15 minutes. We are not talking trying to go as fast just gentle. Thats all.
The gym thing bores me no end and even tried the idea of talking books and music fail. I just can't see a gain I feel like its wasting my time and the aches and pains don't seem to be worth the outcome. Make sense?
