not really, the rules he describes are pretty much what most of play anyway, he's just written them down in a more florid manner. Clearly the americans need telling, how many times does it mention fighting? Apart from the number of players which i think is ridiculous and based too much on hockey i think it sounds fine. i guess its designed around first to 5 games rather than timed though...? In a ten minute game it would be ridiculous to sub that many times. Also without a dedicated coach telling the players who's up and who's out, it'd never work.
