Actually, I'm going to wade in and say Hydrolic FTW. But thats mainly because I have a set of these waiting for me when I get back to the homeland for crimbo.

On-one do some cheap wheels, as well as cheap hubs to have your own built. (I hear they will be offering some carbon 29er wheels soon, hmmmm)
