The frame will come with an IS mount, you can use an adapter to change most brakes to post mounts (Avid, hope etc)

Cheap as hell, most brakes come with the relevent one already and it will allow you to use any sized rotor on your frame.
I'd seriously consider using a cable disk (Avid BB7) over a hydro as you get a far better brake for the money and they're much easier to setup/fix.
