Ummm, but he's not. Just listen to his accent. He has one of those comedy northern English accents. He chose Wales because he thought he was not good enough for England and he had a vague ancestral link to the Taffies.

'vague ancestral link' - what, like being born in Wales, to a Welsh father, and with Welsh grandparents, and living in Cardiff until he was about 6 or 7. Okay, he then had to move to England - but you can't blame him for that misfortune can you ;-)
