Training this winter

I just picked up the SPD-R shoes I bought off babydino from the Post Office.

I hope some of that old Povey creatine magic has rubbed off on them. Virtually brand new too. I definitely now have all the gear and no idea.

the ones on ebay??
I was looking at those but they went for a small fortune.

I have converted some shimano mtb shoes for use with spd-r for winter training, they work a treat.
