yep, its about as friendly as a bunch of cyclists can be ;) if i spot you I'll say hello, or ask for Steve who runs it, I'm sure anyone else on a fixie or not will be happy chat to you if you introduce yourself. we need new riders to keep it going as some of the younger guys are going on to uni soon. etc. the front end is pretty fast depending on who's out, and it often splits into 2 or 3 groups, so yoiull alwyas have someone to follow. the middle and tail end groups are easier. you sound like a racer, so I think you'd like it, there's a sprint at halfway where we wait for rest to catch up and do same again outside bexhill on way back.
