i'm not sure it's as clear-cut as you think, ben, but i agree about the team-play ability being crucial. unfotunately, we've never really spent much time playing as 'teams' for any amount of time, so it's hard to clarify roles. i know on the american forum they're constantly on about positions and a/b/c players - we're nowhere near their level, but it may be useful to think in those terms.
pub meet then? - i think we'll need the 7 'interested' players to meet all at the same time, perhaps before/after polo one night?
