we need to appoint an ambassador for the euros - i hereby nominate the right honourable lord allah of hype! (if he is unwilling/unable, i'll put myself forward, as i definitely want to go, and definitely will be able to afford the time and money).

we also need to start the decision process of picking a team - perhaps the first thing to do is make a poll where we all rate each others ability, so that way we have a ranking/priority in place to choose from. sounds somewhat ruthless i know, but there's no point just picking a random team... we could do it as a (anonymous) poll on here, put lists in a hat next polo game, pub meeting? anyone care to comment?
