Thanks for all the positive comments guys, much appreciated. The lugs are actually Richard Sachs cast lugs (he supplies most of the lug sets) and these ones are the 300 Series Arrowhead with socketed rear stays on the seat tube lug. Tom's modded the fork dropouts to match the fork crown extensions, the matching lug set dropouts were not stainless steel so these came from a different set hence the need to mod them. The crown is a road type and more hefty than a track crown but was chosen for it's match with the lugs. The frame will be Reynolds 853 with Columbus stays, the latter dictated by the socketed seat tube lug.
Here's a pic with the water cut logo for the down tube (amazing that water can cut steel so precisely) and fork bits.
