All frames were made in the USSR in 1987 by the Central Design & Technical Agency, Velo Building for some history info check http://www.bikecult.com/works/archive/03bicycles/takhionV.html. Made of Columbus tubes for World Champinships and Olympic games. Only around 400 of these frames were built. Check the flickr for sizing. Front dropouts 100mm rear 120mm seat tube is 27.2mm. They are rusty but the rust is very superficial. No cracks or dents.
200 pounds seem to be pretty cheap... I'm still opened for offers.
