For Sale: Forks Steel and carbon from £14

I’ve just sorted out some forks, all are 1in with the exception of the Specialized Langster forks. Shipping on forks is £5.

I've added three new pairs of forks and reduced the prices on many of the others...

For threaded forks the steerer needs to be at least 33mm longer than the head tube length - to use a standard Campag headset about 40-42mm longer.

1" carbons still going?

If a fork is set for allen bolt brake fixing, does tht mean the "rear" drilling in the fork is larger than the front one ? And an hex nut ready fork (very precise vocabulary...) one that has the same sized drillings on either side ?

Yes allen nut fixing brakes mean the rear drilling is larger than the front...

I need a more severely raked front fork to reduce the irritating toe overlap on a new handbuilt frame I would like to prepare for sale...
Not a threaded headset tube, but 700C and 1".

Is that Eddie Mercks still going ? to be honest, I wasn't looking for anything quite so collectible (expensive), but I realise the severe rake is something more characteristic of older bikes, 50's Hetchins etc...
