Are there any seriousish runners on here that want to have a crack at breaking a tower running world record?
BT Tower - 997 steps, closed building but still an official Tower running site, record held by Colin Jackson at 6 minutes 35 seconds. Record established 2003.
I'm going to have a practice run Sunday week and see how far I am off it so I can know whether the record attempt is worthwhile.
