I thought that Shimano chain was meant for cruisers, which makes it bling but not necessarily the peak of function. If you want bling, just lash out a couple of hundred on one of these
or those matching earings in the middle?

not to be ruin the fun, but very many prodution jump/freeride MTB bikes have those dropouts now.
very very common.
ANT is my favorite builder though.

I am familiar with his work and like you I would also love to own an ANT. Like everywhere mighty 4wd's were the rage here, but we have a cycleculture also. You would think that with nowadays more concious attitude buying a classy bike with a price tag in height of only a sun roof in the trusty 4wd should become the new fashion among some.
Mike previously worked for Fat City Cycles. Fortunately I am able to experience the joy of a FAT regularly.
