yeah i have torn all the ligaments in my ankle so all my flesh and shit is detached from my body and squidging around inside....has to be in a cast for 10 days and have to inject myself in the stomach every day with some weird drugs that hopefully stop me getting deep vein thrombosis...it's pretty hard to do anything esp in my tiny flat with all the stairs but mirek has been a star...more visitors might be wondrous though if you fancy nursing a bit...

the injecting bit is the worst bit, it's really hard to get it in and to not faint at the same time..

i think its a mixture of bad chainline, cheap thin chainring and super spinny gear the chain tension was never tight

The frame/forks/headset are the only stock components, everything else is taking from a 09 fuji track. The frame/forks are fairly scratched up and some sticker residue but no dents and the fame is sound. The components from the fuji have seen at lot less use. The seatpost/stem and bars/front brake/caliper/cranks are in great condition. The saddle does have a small rip at the back. The gearing is 48/18. I do have the clips and straps for the pedals which are included although not pictured. Trying to be as honest as possible.

It rides fine, the wheels are true the frame is solid. Its and all round decent beater. Ready to roll.

Goldtec Hubs, CXP 30 front with some use, CXP 14 rear which is newly rebuilt. The front could do with a slight tweak but I wouldn't bother. Both are 32H
