The current host are really great, good service. But it's unfortunate that the internal network became mostly useless during an attack and as that's how this site works (traffic between the load balancer and web site and then between the web site and database) it affected us a lot.
They did their best to react quickly whenever it was reported, and the uptime was still above 98%; but at that rate it would mean 7 days of actual downtime a year which is when you realise it's not good to accept 98% uptime... I want 99.99% at least (a few hours downtime a year).
