I have two old and rusty frames. Claud Butler with fucked up treads on the BB shell and Townseand with broken welding in the rear triangle. First one can be fixed with the frame saver BB, as for the second one, i've been told that it would cost about 30£ to put it back together. Both 531, F+F.
