Yesterday I was walking up Strutton Ground past Dial A Bike and saw that they had a rather nice steel framed Major. It needs a little (litterally not much) tlc but otherwise looks pretty good. Orange paintwork with decals, horizontal dropouts (not track) and already fitted with a fixed/free hub (6 speed screw on already). Looked like a 52, might be a 54. Definitely worth a look. I would imagine Dial A Bike will have done a decent job on making sure it's road ready although they will be charging at the top end of reasonable for the frame.
