hi.lots of folks doing this stuff now-don’t let that put you off, decide what cause are you doing it for?? where are you key givers?? large orgs with plenty staff. seems the way to go is a blog-bit hard for a non stop ride but you could do before build up-make it pretty gruelling as to catch attention. then the just giving website for easy clicky donations.
its got to be hardcore/ unusual to attract attention -look at Eddie Izzards Marathons for example.
