Let me be kind in answering this one.
Have you ever heard of PAINT? Its a liquid that is used to brush onto solid matter, thereby changing its appearance. Its colour, if you like, is rendered differently, and therefore reflects different wavelengths of energy, which we interpret as a different hue.
This thereby renders quite moot, the search for a white frame. As far as I can think of, there is no white substance, that is used to make a whole bicycle frame.
The upshot, my junior Sherlock, is that you can find any frame that you really like.....and paint it.
Now......do you have any more questions? I hope not. At least let me get over the shock of this one first.
