Look, can't people just use ignore? I had a row with Pisti pretty soon after I joined here, it bubbled up a couple of times so I put him on ignore. Then we just had a pint or two, went on a couple of rides and we're cool....it's all very Barbara Cartland.
If people don't like each other, then use ignore. If people don't like reading the wind-ups, don't read them and don't post on them. Unless you wanted to buy a "custom Frenchie track frame", why read the thread? And reporting people for something they posted about someone else on a public forum....lame as fuck.
