I've been using a crankset of theirs since August/Septemberish, no problems, but I'm hardly the best person to judge, as a ridiculous weed who probably couldn't swing a hammer hard enough to dent it. I reckon you get what you pay for though. I wouldn't feel entitled to whinge too much if I'd got it and thought it was crap.

I have seen a review of some of their parts on lockedcog.com http://www.lockedcog.com/bikes/eighthinch-full-review and it seems that he likes it. I have talked to the main seller on ebay and they seem like a really good company and I am seriously considering getting one for my next build with the cranks and a cog. I have only seen good reviews of the frame as well.

I've had the frame/forks OTR for a few months and so far it has been fine. Its heavy, but for the price I have no complaints. Also the service from Eighthinch was excellent.

The shipping for mine was ridiculously fast, three days or something? Got a separate tax bill, £13 or so (for the crankset and a cog).

Sorry to resurrect but do they ship their frames to UK?
Hey guys!
Anyone heard of them? I just saw a guy in Norway selling bikes with some parts from Eightinch, and they're VERY cheap (30$ for track bars and 139$ for a wheelset for example), but I have no idea if they're any good or not..
Cheap isn't good, but how bad can they be?
Their framesets look dangerously like unipacs though..
