Broke mine in 2 days, got replacement from Tioga and broke that in a week.
They snap at the point the rails join the actual saddle. Once broke they're still very usable and only creak a bit.
I think Maxcrowe was saying he could get one for trade. At £80 they're a fucking joke IMO.

Test rode one of those saddles, look great, feel um....rock hard.
Did not suit my backside, could I sacrifice that for fashion? -

That seemed to be the complaint of many on the mtb forum.

I looked into getting one of these for the SS MTN. The shape and hardness looked to be around that which I find comfortable. Seemed to be a few problems with them though. Apart from the forementioned breaking, people have complained that they have destroyed their cycling shorts, buy catching them.
Personally I decided not to take the risk.
I went for the SanMarco Phobos, which is also quit a stiff saddle, and seems well thought out for off-road riding. -

Just buy a full carbon saddle from Taiwan for the same money.

...then cut lots of little squares out,
job done.
Only reviews I've found were from the mtb community and were 50/50 for and against. The negatives were that it wasn't tough enough for off-roading- slightly irrelevant (though looking at the cyclo-cross circuit that is Mare Street this week, maybe I should be listening more?)
