How confident are you of date on the Mistral?
I've got a frame I'd like to establish a bit more provenance on - think it's probably a Mistral, lugwork and braze-ons very very similar to this one, but decal headbadge not metal (which I think may suggest mine is later) and different decals, though if pushed I'd have said mine looked more 70s than these ones do. I'd thought probably late 70s for mine. Does the frame number tie things down much?
