Condolences for your wheel and rib, Ive had friends with broken ribs who have all told me its the most painful annoying injury ever. I tore a muscle between my ribs a couple months ago and that was excrutiating enough. I can sympathise with your pains but im sure you can handle it being a master swordsman.
You seem well covered for legal advice. You probably already know that legal expenses are claimed off the defendant and as youd only start a case you were sure of winning your all sorted. No need to go with a terrible ambo chaser. If you do decide to take legal action be prepared for the process to take very very long. Your lucky it was something as simple as a road accident, legal action against employers/NHS etc can take may years to sort out.
