just checked this out on the bbc site cav video
first, "sports personality" it a loose term when it come to cav unless its self personality (mind you, ryan giggs is also in the list).
second, in a tight squeeze his bike skills don't seem that great. Perhaps its off-season out of form and third, by far my favourite quote....
