I'm using Alyson France (http://www.alysonfrance.co.uk/) for a claim I'm making against the local council.
They specialise in Cycle and motorcycle claims and have given me plenty of good advice so far. A guy name Aidan Jones is processing my claim- been very helpful and knows his stuff.
The firm are based in Liverpool though- don't know if you're after someone London based
The claim is still in progress so I have not won any damages as of yet, but I'd still recommend them
