Seeing that picture I feel bad about complaining now..
Anyway here's the letter I've composed.
Dear National Express,
*Today my girlfriend and I were almost killed by one of your drivers. His name was Kevin. I know this because he got out of the coach to threaten us and I could read his name badge. He was clearly a cunt. In fact it is my experience with National Express coach drivers that your hiring policy is aimed at employing cunts who have no respect for your passengers or other road users. It is for this reason I have decided to direct a firebomb campaign towards your personnel and property. *
May I suggest that you conduct immediate fire drills at all your properties both commercial and residential.

It’s blunt I grant you but I think it might get some form of response.
