The Vegan Thread

I like the phrase 'go vegan' and ethics, and have enough self-discipline to do it but the problem is therein ^post 99 how far do you go.?
at the moment im trying to decipher how sentient is a sardine.......
its always the fish that mess me up, dairy-no bother at all.
Fish farming is responsible for the extinction or projected extinction of a large variety of fish.

At least the farming of cattle etc is sustainable in that it's not wiping out entire species (This does not mean I think it's okay).
