I have no idea whether my MOBO is stuffed or my GFX card has snuffed it...
I've already swaped my GFX between PCI-E slots with no joy, cleared CMOS and reinstalled ATI drivers for my Win7 HD4870 GFX card... still no joy.
What i need to do now is have a working PCI-E card, any type to put in the machine to see if it works then i can firmly establish if it is indeed the GFX card or my MOBO and ask for a warranty return.
anyone have a PCI-E laying about, as long as it's working it's all good.
I guarantee it'll be back with you ASAP after i've tested my system, which will only take 15mins.
