I have a Raleigh 653 frame & forks with shimano headset and campy bb for £225? It has been recently resprayed and has the headbadge. It is 54cm c-t-c seat tube which is very seems the correct size for you. 58cm frame is too big for you. I am 5ft 11" and use a 56cm c-t-c.
