Have you asked the obvious people? Such as Hilary Stone, Mario Vaz, any of the VCL/VCC tribes, The retrobike forum, the ctc forum ... ummm you know people who actually know their stuff... I know there are a few people on here who know things, but try them too.
If you get nowhere, if I were you I would just choose the decals you like the best and slap those on it.
