Vela - £125k (has shown a lot of promise but a player with his posture might be more suitable to the Spanish league)
Theo - £5m (most hyped up teenager of the noughties, don't think he'll cut the mustard)
Arshavin - £15M (good player but Wenger seems to play him out of position)

There's afew players that would do well abroad but in general I think the Arsenal midfield and forwards are just too light in order to be of any use in the Premier League.
