Ebay changed the way images are viewed a couple of months ago. I find the easiest option is to go to the Activity window and click on the relevant .jpg file, this will then open in a new window, which you can then download.
This is also the easiest way to download Youtube, Vimeo etc videos (clicking on the .flv file).
