If you're swapping the bars over you can either:
- Use a caliper to measure the bars where the stem clamps them
- Take the bars into a shop and ask them
I don't know the Paddywagon well but I'd guess it's either a 26.0 clamp size or a 31.8 clamp size.
- Use a caliper to measure the bars where the stem clamps them

There are usually three common size, 25.4, 26, and oversize (31.8mm), your is likely to be the oversized one as far as I know, but measure it first.

Whats the bet Vernier was a massive geek.

Not as big a geek as V.Ryan by the looks of things

use your thumb and forefinger to measure the bars then walk to the bike shop really slowly with your hand still.

Kona website.

Handlebar = FSA Omega OS. (presumably OS stands for oversize - looks like it too)

Don't you mean
Tape measured circumference/π = Clamp Diameter ?FFS, if you're going to nerd it up
at least nerd it up accurately.

ed's post is good information for you.
Also, it says 31.8 here.
http://www.konaworld.com/bike.cfm?content=paddywagonFinally, if you look on the bars, under the clamp, or inside the stem clamp there may very well be an engraving with the diameter.

If by "Meh" you mean "thank you Dr Gostron for restoring integrity to this thread", then you're most welcome.

Meh as in mah Bad, but this did feel like a situation very similar to studying for my GCSE's.
I.e. a cracked whip at every wrong integer, traumatising. But that was easy and i cant believe i didn't get it, i would have probably continued to believe it was that until someone corrected me at the wrong time, way, way in the future, where it would count alot more.

HAH! :D
Seriously though it should say some measurements on the stem itself, or inside the faceplate, etc...
hey chaps,
this might be a very stupid question that has been answered somewhere else (i have used the search function and it's not given me any answers).
i've had a Paddy Wagon for a few months and while i love it, i want to swap the bars for something a little more comfortable. how do i go about finding the correct measurements for the clamp - i've looked on the bike and can't see anything. am i being really dense/blind in not knowing where to look?
thanks in advance!
