(Probably stupid) newbie question

If you're swapping the bars over you can either:

• Use a caliper to measure the bars where the stem clamps them
  
• Take the bars into a shop and ask them
  
  

I don't know the Paddywagon well but I'd guess it's either a 26.0 clamp size or a 31.8 clamp size.
