Hi sterobe,
Ninon's pretty much that size, I'd guess. Should be a good chance this'll fit your girlfriend. Tom Board is a London legend, built for Condor, Maclean & Fred Dean, amongst others.Cheers.

I am sorry for the confusion but I had no PM after the initial enquiry about whether the the frame was a suitable size... Without payment or confirmation of payment by this morning I sold it to the next person who contacted me...
I do have a couple of other very small frames:
CONTI c1990
Seat Tube (ctc): 50cm (19.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 52cm (20.5in)
Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Brake drop with 700C/Sprint wheel: 43mm
Bottom bracket threads: Italian
It is said that Conti frames were built by Ciocc and that it was simply another brand name of theirs … certainly this frame is exceptionally nice quality and has a Ciocc style cutout in the BB shell. The finish is in very nice condition save for a spot (shown in a close-up photo) which was caused by a wheel in transit. There is is a small dent (but it is very small) and the finish should touch up very well - the recommended technique would be to use nail polish which certainly comes in suitable shades... Very small frames such as this are rather uncommon. £125 Now SOLDand
BILL HANNINGTON AUDAX/RANDONNEUR FRAME c1980
Seat Tube (ctt): 51cm (20in)
Top Tube (ctc): 52cm (20.5in)
Rear dropout width: 122mm
Wheel size: 700C
Frame tubing: Vitus 980
Brake drop with 700C/Sprint wheel: 53mm
Bill Hannington was a small framebuilder baseed near Reading in Berkshire. This extremely nice little frame is in excellent condition with excellent paint (just a very small number of tiny marks) features Thanet like Hellenic seatstays except that that they are not connected to the seat tube - on a small frame such as this it gives a lot more room for a saddlebag as a well as a distinctive appearance. £135 -

Hi, is the Colnago still for sale? are you negotiable on the price?
Hi everyone,
I’ve just sorted out another lot of interesting and bargain frames. Shipping on frames within the UK will be £11 - other items can ship free of charge in the same box. I can ship anywhere in the world at a reasonable cost.
ALL ITEMS ARE IN BRISTOL
Payment can be via bank transfer (preferred), cheque or the dreaded Paypal which costs me 3%…
** If you dib an item, please PM me and pay the same day unless you make other arrangements with me. **
Viewing/Personal collection is welcome as quite a few have found and have been able to get other parts they are looking for at the same time.

BSA ROAD FRAME 1970s
Seat Tube (ctt): 21in (53cm)
Top Tube (ctc): 22in (56cm)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27in/700C
Brake drop with 700C wheel: 58mm
Seatpost size: 25.4mm
This is a 1970s BSA road frame which will make an ideal budget conversion or even a beater bike but the paint is a bit too good for a beater I think. It comes complete as seen in the photos. £29 SOLD
TOM BOARD ROAD FRAME 1987/88
Seat Tube (ctt): 48cm (19in)
Top Tube (ctc): 50cm (20in)
Rear dropout width: 125mm
Wheel size: 700C
Brake drop with 700C: 45mm
Frame tubing: Columbus SL
Seatpost size 27.2mm
Tom Board built this frame in I think 1987 or 1988 for Ninon at The Bicycle Workshop in Notting Hill Gate, and then my son used it for a while when he was a lot smaller. Its rare to find a frame as small as this – in both the seat tube and top tube lengths. I am pretty certain its built from Columbus SL tubing. Its very beautifully built... £120 SOLD
NERVEX PRO LUGGED 531 ROAD FRAME 1950s/60s
Seat Tube (ctt): 55cm (21.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 56cm (22in)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27in/700C
Brake drop with 700C/Sprint wheel: 58mm
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
This previous owner of this frame suggested it might be a Mercian – I think not but whatever make it is, it’s a very nicely built road frame from the late 1960s with Nervex Pro lugs, Reynolds 531 double-butted tubing and long Campy rear dropouts. Ideal for pwder cating and applying an obscure name no-one has heard of... With 120mm wide rear droputs its ideal for a singlespeed or fixed conversion with its long horizontal dropouts. £75 SOLD
WALLY GREEN ROAD FRAME c1958
Seat Tube (ctt): 58cm (23in)
Top Tube (ctc): 57.5cm (22.75in)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: Sprints/700C
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Brake drop with 700C/Sprint wheel: 46mm
Wally Green was primarily a trade builder building for many shops in north London in the 1950s and 60s. He built some frames under his own name and this one built with Nervex Pro lugs and Campy long dropouts is really rather nice – unusually for a frame of its age clearances are really quite tight. Its ideal for a singlespeed or fixed conversion with its long horizontal dropouts. £79
CARLTON COURETTE MIXTE Reynolds 531 1983
Seat Tube (ctt): 56cm (22in)
Top Tube (ctc): 52cm (20.5in)
Rear dropout width: 125mm
Wheel size: 700C
Brake drop with sprints/700C: 50mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 DB
Quality mixte frames are few and far between – this frame was built by Raleigh’s Lightweight division in 1983 using Reynolds 531 for the main tubes. Its nicely made and the paint is in a very good condition with just a few small marks. £65 SOLD
WOODRUP ROAD FRAME late 60s/early 70s
Seat Tube (ctt): 22in (56cm)
Top Tube (ctc): 22in (56cm)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 700C
Brake drop with sprint/700C wheel: 54mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame number: 2243
This is a very sound Woodrup road frame from the late 60s/early 70s built with Campag long road ends without eyelets. It will make an ideal frame for a fixed or singlespeed conversion with the long rear dropouts and 120mm OLD spacing – and the front brake drop of 54mm means there’s no difficulties finding brakes to fit... £75
COLNAGO OVAL CX c1981/2
Seat Tube (ctc): 21.5in (55cm)
Top Tube (ctc): 22in (56cm)
Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C
Seatpost size: 20mm
Colnago Oval CXs are not especially common. This one is very sound – it has been repainted, the paint is very good though a little pitting on the underside of the top tube has not been filled. This would not normally be noticeable when built-up. Otherwise this frame is exceptionally sound. £425
CLAUD BUTLER CLASSIQUE FRAME Early 1960s
Seat Tube (ctt): 21in (53cm)
Top Tube (ctc): 21in (53cm)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27in/700C
Brake drop with sprint/700C wheel: 60mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531
Seatpost size: 26.6mm
Frame number: 3324
This is a very sound Claud Butler road frame still in its original paint and dating I think from the early 60s. The paint is is quite badly scraped in places but it may well be possible to touch it up and improve its appearance. Its ideal for a single speed or fixed conversion with its long horizontal dropouts spaced at 120mm. £59 SOLD
FLYING SCOT ROAD FRAME 1961
Seat Tube (ctt): 22.5in (57cm)
Top Tube (ctc): .5 (57cm)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27in/700C
Brake drop with sprint/700C wheel: 56mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame number: K273
This is an extremely sound and straight Flying Scot road frame dating from 1961. The paint is generally very good except around the bottom bracket where it has been heavily touched up. Its certainly useable as it is... It will make an ideal frame for a fixed or singlespeed conversion with the long rear dropouts and 120mm OLD spacing – and the front brake drop of 56mm means there’s no difficulties finding brakes to fit... £125 SOLD
JACK TAYLOR CLUBMAN FRAME 1975
Seat Tube (ctt): 23in (58cm)
Top Tube (ctc): 22.75in (57.5cm)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27in/700C
Brake drop with sprint/700C wheel: 65mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531
Seatpost size: 27.0mm
Frame number: 6972
This Jack Taylor Clubman frame from 1975 seems to have its original paint which is in very good condition with only a few small marks. The frame does does not have dents or dings. £175 SOLD
VINER SPECIAL PROFESSIONAL c1979/80
Seat Tube (ctc): 55cm
Top Tube (ctc): 55cm
Rear dropout width: 124mm
Wheel size: 700C
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame tubing: Columbus SL
High-end Viner frames are a match for almost any other Italian framebuilder being extremely nicely built. This one is in very sound condition but has suffered from I think being used on a turbo trainer hence the paint damage to the top tube and damage to the chrome on the chainstay. The chrome on the fork is sound with just a few corrosion marks. I have rubbed back with fine emery paper on both the top tube and chainstay and this easily clears the corrosion marks but there’s essentially no chrome left on the chainstay, hence it is £125 SOLD
