  • Juts spotted these VansXAirblaster 'stay wild' era, they may not be SPD but they are waterproof!

  • just got mine in the post and went for a little ride.

they don't look quite as dumb as they do in the photos, just like a normal pair of vans skate shoes really.

the sole is quite stiff, which is nice. but my time cleats protrude from the bottom of the sole slightly... which isn't so nice....

they feel a little weird on the bike, but i'm sure that will just take a little getting used to. clipping in and out is a little stiffer than my normal shoes... maybe they need to wear in a bit.

they are comfortable, and will be nice and warm over the winter.

i def think they are a bit over priced. £65-70 would prob be more like it.

first impressions are good.... we'll see how they wear over the next few months.

  • yeah keep us posted on how ya getting on with them spagettihoops because im still very tempted to get me a pair

  • all i want is a pair of trainers that will work with toe clips not SPDs where can i get a pair of those from? are there different ones?

Im off to do a season in NZ next year n some thing like that would be amazing

  • I got them in Colorado - never seen them in UK - that colourway is a couple of years old, but the newer ones are same style - they also do a lower cut model, and a slipon/slipper type shoe

Etnies/32 also do a similar water resistant shoe
