MKS clips....hmmmm, oh yes, now I remember, I busted 3! in 1y.
They´re shit (for everyday use, road, etc... made for track!).
Get plastic if you so want to use cages, I have Shimano plastic cages, they´re really
flexible, nicely designed, and last forever.
