OK spent quite a while searching for the above mentioned combo in an attempt to find out the correct BB length to get a 45mm chain line.
I'm happy to go with any of these BB's in the listed order
(1) campag centaur BB
(2) getting a royce BB refurbished
(3) a Phil Wood steel BB
Any answers?
