yeah i have torn all the ligaments in my ankle so all my flesh and shit is detached from my body and squidging around inside....has to be in a cast for 10 days and have to inject myself in the stomach every day with some weird drugs that hopefully stop me getting deep vein thrombosis...it's pretty hard to do anything esp in my tiny flat with all the stairs but mirek has been a star...more visitors might be wondrous though if you fancy nursing a bit...

feel a bit sorry for myself.

the injecting bit is the worst bit, it's really hard to get it in and to not faint at the same time..
