Old thread I know, but I was looking for a similar bag to fit an old Raleigh Twenty and I came across this:

Got one in white, it fit's straight on the rack fine (no plastic rack tray on my twenty though so not sure if it fits in them).
I can't send a private message yet as I'm a new member, hopefully this is of some use to you if your still on the hunt for a bag to match the Raleigh.
