I have some old fixing brackets from a pair of power straps and the bolts dont look very long, so I doubt they would work with the angled parts on those pedals. Although for a like £2 your local bolt shop should be able to help give you longer ones.
I made my own straps (well I called in a favour from my mums sewing ability) and they cost me about £6 for the material, enough for 3 pairs and £2 for the bolts.
