No, he means the pants. It's a rare condition called "toe-arse", where the second toe actually grows directly from the end of the coccyx. It's a tailor's worst nightmare, have a toe-arsed customer. And means your shoes fit funny too on account of having too few toes. However, using Clark's shoes (with the full width fittings), a shoe shop can usually deal with a sufferer fairly well though.
